Mental Health and Wellbeing

Provides mental health and wellbeing support for people aged 18+ living in Brighton & Hove through 1:1 support, group activities, digital tools, and peer-led approaches. Southdown leads the city’s mental health VCSE infrastructure, supporting collaboration across the sector.

Ageing Well Impact Initiatives

Older People and Inclusion

Offers activities, advice, and support for people aged 50+, reducing isolation and promoting wellbeing. As the lead for ageing and inclusion, Impact Initiatives coordinates partners working to create age-friendly communities.

Together Co

Community Social Prescribing and Connection

Delivers social prescribing services linking residents with local community support. Together Co leads on developing integrated referral pathways and supporting community connectors across the city.

Carers Hub

Supports unpaid carers through information, respite, and wellbeing programmes. The Carers Centre leads on coordination of carer support and advocacy across VCSE and statutory partners.

Citizens Advice

Advice and Information

Provides free, impartial advice on welfare, housing, debt, and employment. CAB leads on advice coordination, capacity building, and ensuring accessible, high-quality information for residents and partner organisations.
